Work Life Balance – Aug. 3rd

July 31, 2018 - Less than a minute read

Parents have the opportunity to explore their demanding, and sometimes conflicting, roles of being a parent and a professional. You’ll discuss positive and negative aspects of these roles, reflect on expectations and conflicts, discuss ways to support both roles while finding a little “me” time.

  • Arlene Figueroa
Arlene equips moms for the “everyday life” with rhythm tools and teachings to restore joy and sanity. Arlene’s personal journey into health and wellness began over 20 years ago when she cured her own IBS after conventional medicine failed (not one physician addressed diet and lifestyle). Then, she became a mother and suffered from anxiety due to the overwhelming new responsibilities. Soon afterwards, Arlene created a smart and practical toolkit for living a healthy life, got herself back on track and started implementing new practices. Combining her experience with her certifications and training, she helps moms restore, replenish, and revitalize their lives. When a mom fulfills her role with alertness and vitality, everyone wins!
