What causes grief and loneliness?
Did a death, divorce, or the end of a romantic relationship cause it? Or was it caused by any of the lesser thought of losses that a person might experience such as, broken friendships, illness, moving, pet loss, or a change in finances? Regardless of the cause, the end result is feeling grief and loneliness. How can we navigate through our grief and loneliness?
My session will provide a safe environment where you will be given tools to help you begin to heal from your loss and ultimately lead to living a happier life. My group will be a judgment free zone and we will be focusing on community and compassion for one another.
