Scott brings 18 years experience coaching mid-to-senior level executives across industries including consulting, media & entertainment, technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, nonprofit, government, and public policy. Scott brings a unique perspective to his clients and coaching practice, having sat on both sides of the interview table, as a hiring manager and career coach/advisor. He successfully launched FindingYourCareer in 2015 and to-date, has impacted hundreds of clients and individuals including mid-to-senior level executives, homeless youth, and military veterans.

Education, Certifications and Volunteer Activity
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Loyola Marymount University. He is currently enrolled in Emory University’s Executive Coaching Program, a multi-disciplinary, highly experiential executive coaching program offered by senior faculty at the Goizueta Business School (GBS).

Scott’s passion for helping others extends to his volunteer work as well, where he devotes countless hours to nonprofit organizations that focus on providing career services to ethnically diverse populations.
