Scott’s passion is helping parents, single moms/dads, executives, working professionals and veterans, to find what they love to do and guide them to achieve that goal. His background includes 10 years in corporate finance, having worked for a Fortune 500 toy company, where he hired many analysts and professionals. In addition, Scott spent 11 years working in higher education where he partnered with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategies, initiatives, and best practices to enhance career services and professional development for working professionals, alumni, parents and students at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
After completing his MBA at Loyola Marymount University, Scott began teaching as an adjunct instructor – with a focus on international finance and management. This experience helped him coach executives and professionals over the years, helping clients transition in their careers, as well as guide alumni and parents transitioning back to the workplace after an extended absence.
