This coaching session will focus on tools and skills around difficult conversations in the workplace. This could include topics such as giving performance feedback, asking for a raise, or having difficult conversations with colleagues, supervisors or those reporting to you. While taping into your natural leadership style and strengths this session will help you gain clarity about how you want to show up to these conversation in a way that will inspire cooperation, engagement and connection in order to have an optimal outcome.
