Thrive Where You Are
This session will explore the beliefs that you have about yourself. Your coach will explore the things that may be holding you back and help free you from the thoughts that are not productive. You will be provided strategies on how to replace negative thoughts with positive self-beliefs that will bring you closer to the goals you may set for yourself.
