In this session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your subjective, emotional evaluation of self worth and on some powerful life moments. Who are you? What is your purpose/place in life? How can you make sure you are not running on low fuel? Did you forget to make yourself your priority? If you are happy and balanced, so will your family be. Let’s explore tools and strategies to make sure your needs are met.
