There are a stream of worries that often follow a divorce; the unknown, unpredictability, singlehood, managing finances, and most importantly managing emotions for yourself and your children. In this session, we will discuss life after divorce and develop steps to move towards a new beginning. You will develop tools to help overcome challenges and learn to grow in a healthful way.
