As a former Executive Vice President and Head of National Sales for Wells Fargo’s Private Bank, Carmie Saldana was responsible for driving sales results of The Private Bank’s 1,500+ field advisors and managers. Carmie and her team designed national sales strategies, delivered high-impact sales coaching and training programs as well as provided tools and communications to assist advisors in achieving optimal sales effectiveness. Along with her peers on Wealth Management’s executive team, she was responsible for setting the direction and strategic priorities for the Wealth Management business.
Carmie has more than 30 years of experience designing business strategy and progressing business initiatives. Her deep front-line sales, coaching knowledge and passion for effective leadership, talent development and coaching have enabled her to effectively influence and persuade sales professionals of all levels of experience in meeting and exceeding expectations year over year.
